How do you get a moon stone? How do you multiply items( especially master balls)

You can't multiple items on this game and to get a moon stone you can find it on a wild Lunatuna randomly.

I don't believe you can get a moon stone in saphhire and you cannot duplicate items without a cheat device.

You get the moon stone from trading it through Pokemon Leaf Green or Fire Red.

Well you can find a moon stone in meteor falls and you probably need to cheat to duplicate stuff.
