Ok,
Team aqua have taken the orb and submarine. I got them out of that cave near lilycove, and now capt stern is saying I need to go to mossdeep and learn dive. How do I get to mossdeep!? I can't fly because I havnt been there before and there are rocks stopping me from surfing there from lilycove, and the ferry hasnt been built yet or somthing. What do I do?

In lilycove you go into that aqua cave and beat the admin and you will see the ferry leave. Then I'm pretty sure that yo should be able to go mossdeep from lilycove..just beat them and the guy with the whales will go away. I have never seen any rocks in the way. If you have any more questions/info please ask another question.
First you fly to Lilycove. Then you surf to the right while you dodge trainers and then you should come across an island. That island is Mossdeep. Hope I helped.
