Hey yall! I was wondering, I was one day wandering down to the safari zone near Lilycove and guess what? I spotted a Latios or Latias (can't remember which is in which game) I fought it abit, but alas, it fled from the battle.
 
 Now for AGES iv'e been checking my poke'dex to see where it's flown to but everytime I go to a town it's in or near, guess what?
 
 It flies off somewhere else! To my knowlage it seems to be flying near Mawville alot, is this a sign I should just simply wait there?
 
 PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me because I can't beat the battle tower without latios or latias, I probably could but I need to complete my poke'dex.

You have to get a wobbufet or wynaut in battle. With their special effect it could prevent latios/latias from going away. But since wobbufet and wynaut can't attack, you have to make their HP lower (preferably to the red zone) then catch them.

P.S. You'll need more than one ultra balls. I needed 27.

The reason it keeps going some where else is because it moves every time you go onto another route, town or enter a house, so look at your Pokedex and find the EXACT spot that it goes to the most and keep going between there and another house or street and eventually you'll find it there.

When you are in the area use Sweetcent (a Tropios should have it) and you should find it easily (you should be sure that you have a Pokemon that has Sweetcent before you go Latias/Latios hunting ) and you should have a Pokemon with mean look or a Wobboffet/Whynut and with those Latias/Latios shouldn't run away.

Alright first get a wobbuffet on your team (2 to be safe), then choose a route that you have seen her on before. Go to that route and SAVE THE GAME!

After that check your Pokedex, if she is not in your area turn your Gameboy off and on again, check the Pokedex again if she still isn't there repeat untill she is in the route you are in. Then look for her, bring like 20 Ultra balls and 15 timers. I caught her with a Timer ball doing everything here.
