The glitch doesn't work on Sapphire. It's for Emerald only.

You can't...it's only in emerald

You can't clone on Sapphire. You can on Emerald at the battle Tower.

Well you can but is kind of tricky. So first you have to have an emerald or leafgreen then you get a ditto in the leaf green or emerald. Then you transfer it over and put the ditto and the Pokemon you want to clone in the day care. Then after awhile go back to the daycare and the man outside will give you an egg of the Pokemon you wanted too clone. Note:(only works on non mystic Pokemon and the Pokemon you cloned only are at lvl 5 when it hatches and have the same moves as the other one).
