Make it like you so much that it will evolve...to make it like you...give it pokeblocks and stat enhancers and stuff

Beat the Elite Four and the Champion and get the National Pok�Dex. Now be very friendly to Golbat, keep it at the lead slot of your Party, feed it Carbos and any of those Vitamin's, not letting it faint in battle, etc. After you do most of that, Level Golbat up, he'll evolve into Crobat.

Make it like you very much(i suggest making it hold a soothe bell) the level ot up once.

(After I evolved my zubat into golbat, maybe lv 23 or 22 or 24, I just leveled it up once then it already evolved, just don't make it faint.

It should love you because it can't evolve except by friendship evolution so if it hates you it won't ever evolve.
