Question for Pokemon Sapphire

In Mossdeep there is a house with a door in the back that always says "This door appears to be locked" everytime I press "a" on it. What is behind it, how do you get in it, or is it just there for no appearant reason?

You can only get pass there if you use a walkthrough walls cheat code...

You need the Walkthrough Walls code, or you need the E-Reader and some weird ticket that you get from ordering Ruby/Sapphire, I should know because I had it!

Well to get inside there you must have a Gameshark or a AR and there is no other way sorry.I hope I helped.
