Fire Stone: Vulpix > Ninetales; Growlithe > Arcanine; Eevee > Flareon.

Thunder Stone: Pikachu > Raichu; Eevee > Jolteon.

Leaf Stone: Gloom > Vileplume; Weepinbell > Victreebel; Exeggcute > Exeggutor; Nuzleaf > Shiftry.

Water Stone: Poliwhirl > Poliwrath; Shellder > Cloyster; Staryu > Starmie; Eevee > Vaporeon; Lombre > Ludicolo.

You get HM03 (Surf) from Petalburg City. After you defeat your father in the gym, go to Wally's house next door and his dad will give you HM03.

You get Surf from Wally's Parents after you beat Norman.

At the end of the safari zone on Fuschia City...There's a house there and a boy standing..talk to him and he will give you the HM Surf as the reward..remember at the end of the safari zone!

After beating Norman at Petalburg City, visit Wally's parents. They will give you the Surf HM.

You get SURF after you fight Norman in the Petalburg Gym. Wally's Dad will come get you then give the HM to you.

In petalburg,after you defeat your dad,go to wally's house (next door) and they will give HM03.(surf) I hope I helped you.
