Where do you get one of the fossils.

ANSWERS

You find the fossils in the desert north of Mauville City. You must defeat Flannery (gym leader of Lavaridge Town) Before you can enter the desert.

After you beat the elite 4...go back to fossil maniacs house and a cave will open...there you will find it

In the Mirage Tower in the Desert area. I'm not sure which route it specifically is. It's above Mauville, if that helps at all...

In Emerald you can get both fossils after you've done a few things an' a new area opens up in the Fossil Maniac's house. I'm not sure if it does that on Ruby/ Sapphire though.

You actually get BOTH of the fossils, but only in Emerald.. First, beat Flannery(Fire) Gym Leader in Lavridge Town, then your Rival gives you the Go-Goggles. Go to the Desert and you can pick one, the other one sinks, you can't get it.

In the Desert of Route 111. They're up in the northeastern area.

Deep into the desert on the south end of it. When you choose one the other falls into the sand. The Claw Fossil is a Pokemon called Anorith and evolves into Armaldo and the Root Fossil is Lileep which evolves into a Pokemon with extremely good Defense and Sp. Defense called Cradily. I recommend Anorith if you haven't beat the Elite Four yet. If so, then get Lileep. Hope I helped.

You find the fossils in the desert area at the top right corner ok, to get inside there you must defeat the fourth gym leader then your rival will give you go-go goggles.Then should be able to get the fossil in the desert place.
