you have to deliver the letter to steven and then you have to talk to the devon corperation then you will get one

EXP. Share is given to you by the Rustoboro Corporation President. Once you complete his task, he'll fork over the EXP. Share for you, now you can train Pokemon faster.

After giving Steven the Letter in Granite Cave, talk to the Devon president and he'll give you the Exp. Share.

You find Exp. Share once you deliver 'Devons Goods', you go back to the head dude and he will give it to you in gratitude
