Hey is there a certain area to find latias?

First of all get your sableye to level 56 and give it alot of carbos.
then go to mauville and check your pokedex and check where latias is, it normally hangs around there.Good luck.

P.S. Make sure sableye knows mean look.

The routes that border Mauville City work very well from my studies. You can find them along water routes too, if you want to serach along there, just use Repels like crazy and run around if you are desperate, good luck in the search.

Latias will be found anywhere in Hoenn, at any time. She runs around the reigion until you run into her. Then, she will run away, right away, unless you use Mean Look, or a similar technique and capture her, but it'll only work if you're faster than Latias. If you run into her once, don't fret, you'll be able to track her using the pokedex and hopeffully find her again, but she likes to play what I call 'route tag' where as soon as you enter whatever area she's in, she'll switch right to another, but sometimes she wont.

About the rare Pokemon T.V. Broadcasts, I don't think there are anymore of those, but if there are, I wouldn't know how to get them.

A faster way of finding latias is to use a repel and have a Pokemon at level 40 or below like between 35 and 40 for it to appear.Know have a Pokemon that know's sweetscent to find latias.If you go to the area where latias is it will change location.Check different houses to find a broadcasts of rare pokemon.
