Question for Pokemon Sapphire

What item must Kyogre and Groudon be holding until they can enter the battle tower. Also, how do you get a bad egg which two pokemon have to breed.

Kyogre and Groudon CANNOT enter the battle tower.

The bad egg can only be recieved by using AR!

Neither of these pokemon can be entered into the Battle Tower.

As to your second question, I have no idea.

Didn't you read the rules! Kyogre, Groudon, eggs and rayquaza cannot enter the battle tower.

Simply impossible. (unless you use an action replay perhaps)
