when i go to regi-ice chamber i click on the wall and then click on the wall again and i wait for the door to open but the dorr dosent open what do i open the door to get regiice??

It might just be that you pressed it twice try once then wait 30 min. If that dosen't work maybe your in the wrong chamber.
PS:Regi-ice's chamber is in water on route 105.
talk to the brail and then you wait 3 to 5 minutes. (just be paitent.)
Note: Did you unlock all doors?
How to get Regice:
Once you get in it's chambers, go to the wall, and make a circle around the walls, and meet up at the other side of the wall. In other words, border the entire room.
Ex. .= where you need to travel

Just click on the wall once and then just wait(i wated 2 min in one game and 3 hours in another.) so just be paitient. Tip: don't press any buttons
To do this go up to the braile press a when the thing pops up press a again to get it of f then close the the gameboy and wait five minutes.
Just go up to the brail and press A then just leave the brail on the screen for 2 minites
