My national dex only shows 202 pokemon but I own 263 pokemon.
Do I have to search pokemon every time?

No! Press Select and go to the bottom option,there will be a option between Hoenn Dex and National Dex,choose National Dex and it will show all the pokemon you have.
No it still won't show.
The way I do it is most of the time you have to trade it then trade it back.

PS: Your taste for rating peoples submissions suck, no offense. You bogused one of Team Supercheats' submissions, when it was fully true. I've also seen you Bogus some codes that didn't deserve to be Bogused. I suggest that you start being more realistic.
