You could just go to the AR/GS cheat code section and look for one.

Just go to the user submitted cheat section and find the eon ticket code and activation code (there is no warp code.) the go to the lillycove ferry and they will ask you if you want to go to the southern islands. When you get there go to the deepest part of the forest and click on the rock. Latios will appear.

I know a warp code for Pokemon leafgreen to get to brith island,navel rock,faraway island and southern island
