No. That is only gold, silver and crystal.

You guys answered all wrong! There's NO way to get the Mystery Gift option in R/S, and even if you could, it won't work. R/S are not wireless, but even with the link cable it won't help-it's not in there! As for FR/LG and Emerald, you can go to any Pokemart and fill out a questionaire on the side of the counter and if you put in "Link together with all" the shopkeeper will notice and talk about it, and after you save and restart it will be on your opening menu; the guy in Petalburg just changes the profile other see on your trainer's card. Even with the menu option, if you select it and try to connect wirelessly or with a friend you can sit there all day with both with wireless (or linked with cable) and they will not recognize each other! That means you get nothing but lost time! The Mystery Gift feature was only used in the US at official Pokemon Events to download tickets into your game. In Japan it probably has more uses, as do many other things in these games that they never let us have! The reason no one told you you get anythng but a random item would lead me to believe they haven't done it, but are trying to pretend they know. Try for yourself-I tried every way possible-I have 2 GBA's, link cables, wireless adapters, Ruby, Sapphire, Leafgreen and 2 Emeralds! Trust me, it's a rumor that's wide spread and you won't get anything but frustrated-try for yourself to see-see if mystery gift appears after you change your profile in Petalburg-I promise it won't work though! There's an option (Unknown Dungeon) in PMD-BRT for DS where you can get a few items by connecting with someone else, but that's all. Sorry!
