Route 119 very rare Pokemon to find yet butt ugly!!

In order for the ugly feebas to evolve max out it's beauty by giving it blue pokeblocks.

That the Beauty condition is so high that no other berry it eats will increase it.

Feebas is found in 6 spots in the river in Rte. 119. You must fish for it. When you catch one, give it strong blue and Indigo pokeblocks to evolve it.

1.Fish for it at Dew Ferd island with the super rod.

2.You got to get it's beauty up all the way.

3.Max Beauty is what you must do to get Feebas to evolve into Milotic, enter Feebas in a beauty contest.

"max beauty" means you have to feed it a lot of poke blocks so it gets it's 'beaty' stat up.

Route 119, the one left of Fortree, only in six random water tiles. Confusing yes...

Max beauty means his beauty is at maximum, as it says. You have to use blue (or others with blue in them). This will raise his beauty.
