Where can you find Latias for the first time?

This is my brother's question not MINE!

You need to fly to lilycove city. When you get there exit the town on the left side. Check the grass there. lati(os,as) always appears at a high rate. If you don't find him/her fly back to town($10 says people don't understand that). Now keep checking and you'll bump into him/her sooner or later.

Just about anywhere, really, though there are places where she appears more often.

Anywhere. Also, it doesn't appear in an one place more than another, so just go do whatever you want an you should eventually locate it.

Have a pokemon on level 40 and buy lots of max repels.
