It will evolve from a Goldbat into a Crobat only by a friendship evolution. (Tips:Be nice to it, don't let it faint if you can help it, battle with it alot, keep it in first place, give it a soothe bell, give it nutrients like Protein, Carbos, etc.) The lady in Verdanturf can tell you how much it likes you. When it reaches the point where it cannot love you anymore, the next time it levels up it will evolve into a Crobat.

Catch a zubat, then make it like you and trust you and love you so much, when it evolve to golbat, level it up one more time or twice and it will evolve to crobat.
You have to train your Golbat and make it like you, and when it likes you enough, it will evolve into a Crobat.
