Does anyone know excately what Pokemon is caught knowing the move Attract? Because I do not have a TM for Attract if any, and none of my Pokemon know or learnt it either. Could someone please help me! Thank You.

TM45 (Attract) is in Verdanturf Contest Hall.
Skitty and Luvdisc can learn Attract by leveling up.
Well it depends which Pokemon you give it to, if a female Pokemon has attract then it can attract the male Pokemon, then the male Pokemon can attact female pokemon.
Ok I have these two guys and I sont lvl em up and they had attaract
"luvdisc" has it most often and is caught with a rod on land on top of the waterfall near victory road(the entrance not exit near league)
