How do you find all the regis?

Get a Relicanth (underwater on Route 124 and 126) and Wailord (fish on Route 129 or evolve Wailmer at level 40) and go to Pacifidlog Town. Go west and navigate the current so that it takes you to a dive spot, and go down. You will eventually come to a white mound with a Braille inscription on it. Resurface in front of the inscription to enter the Sealed Chamber. Go to the back of the chamber and use Dig in front of the inscription, and exnter the next chamber. Arrange your party so that Relicanth is the leader and Wailord is in last position, and read the inscription at the far back. A tremor should occur and the ruins holding Regirock, Regice, and Registeel should be accessible. Regirock is found in the Desert Ruins (Route 111), Regice is in the Island Cave (Route 105), and Registeel is in the Ancient Tomb (Route 120).

After solving the Sealed Chamber in Sea Rte. 134, Regirock is in the Desert, Regice in Rte. 105 near Petalburg, and Registeel in Rte. 120, near the girl that gives you the berry.
