Ok so I have completed the game, (my Pokemon arent strong enough for me to catch rayquaza yet) anyway I need to know 2 things
1) where is this brail room? I have heard people talking about it and I also I went there on my old game... But I can't find it now
2) secondly, where do you get dig? I already got it from the guy in fallabor, but is there any other way to get it???

1) you mean the sealed chamber? It's in Rte. 134 (with the sea rapids)
2) There's no other way to get Dig in the game.
