Can you get an anorith and a lileep?

In the game in the desert you come upon 2 fossils. YOu only get to pick one. Go to Rustboro city and talk to the scientist guy about revolving Pokemon off of fossils in the Devon Corporation and he will turn it into lilleep or anorith depending on which fossil you chose....so in the end you will have to get someone to trade with you (to get the other ofssil pokemon)
You can get one or the other, but you can't get both. The guy in fallabor town gives you Dig.
No, no you get a fossil then you go to the RustBoro City then you can have it come to life, just go to deven tower or somthing like that.
Wrong you have to go to the desert and pick a fossil for the Pokemon you want.
