Revive the Root Fossil.

In the mirage tower (not island) in the desert. Bring a mach bike and once you get to the top of the tower take the root fossil. Revive it in slateport and you will have a lileep. Finding mirage tower is really easy when it's there, but it's quite often not there, just go back and forth in the desert a few times and youll get it eventually.
