Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Are these Kyogre{Hydraxia} moves good?
Thunderbolt
Hydro pump
Ice beam
Body slam
If anyone has an idea for a better mve instead of body slam and thunderbolt, please share. I like hydro pump and ice beam where they are. Thank you!! Sapphire King12

Because Kyogre generally has poor Attack, I'd advise substituting Hydro Pump, Thunderbolt, and Body Slam with Calm Mind, Surf, and Thunder.

Yep they're pretty good moves. I recommend Earthquake for Body slam.

Decent, I prefer this though:

Water Spout
Thunder
Calm Mind
Ice Beam/Surf

Put Thunder and Calm Mind where Thunderbolt and Body Slam are,since you want to keep Hydro Pump and Ice Beam.I would replace Hydro Pump with Surf,but whatever you want to do is cool.

I have a level 100 Kyogre and it's move sets are
Surf
Earthquake
Ice Beam
Thunder
As you see it's move set can cover all of it's weaknesses and a few extra types!
