Wailmer evolves at level 40 and Relicanth is always on Route 124 and 126 with the same level of rarity.

Wailmer evolves into wailord at lvl 40 and look around the seawood next to sootopolis city's entrance for a relincanth. Use a dive ball on relincanth. I got it on the first try. A net ball on wailmer if you don't have it already.

If you are lucky you will find relecanth at route 126 or 124. Wailmer evolves at lvl 40.

go west of pacifilog town
theres a strong current , in that current theres a place to dive(surf only downside of current)
use dive then theres a cave at end of cave there is a wod written in braille lang.
then go to sootopolis find relicanth near 8th gym

You can find a Relicanth outside of Sootopolis in the seaweed. Everyone says it's rare, but I've encountered a few, and Relicanth was the first Pokemon I met when I was swimming through the seaweed.

Go to sootopolis city surf then dive underwater leave the little area go around that area then keep looking and soon you will find a relicanth. And wailmers evolve at lvl. 40 or 41 so if you catch it at lvl. 40 level it up 1 level.

As everyone says wailmer evolves into wailord at lv.4o or higher actually there is no easy place to catch the feebas but you can catch it between mossdeep and sootopolis use dive and go to the end and you will find a cave you go inside go to the seaweed go looking for it if a different Pokemon comes out you should keep looking until you find it and say YIPEE!

Wailmer evolves at level 40. Relicanth can be found at the area around the entrance to sootopolis city. Its SUPER RARE. I knocked out about 20 clamperls before encountering a.relicanth
