Pokerus is an infection sort of thing and I only found it after catching Kyogre and going to Lilycove so there maybe different ways to get it

1: I haven't a clue

2: Blaziken-blaze kick, arial ace, slash, sky uppercut (this pokemon can whip the league solo by level 60 if the trainer makes smart choices
Sableye: get on and teach it shadow ball (learned naturally), brick break, faint attack (or alternate dark move provided it's stronger), and night shade (this pokemon can beat the league solo by level 60 as well; use it as backup for blaziken)
Linoonex4: filling the rest of your party with linoones increases your chances of getting items such as pp up through pickup

There are ways to recieve PokeRus in the game. I know almost EVERYTHING about it, but no time to talk of it now, amigo. Really, I don't know how to get it. Have you encountered a wild shiny Pokemon that didn't sparkle? Well, that most likely is the thing you are looking for. But under incredibly rare circumstances, please try to understand.

Blaziken: Replace Cut with an electric attack. Replace either Fire move with Earthquake.

Sharpedo: Replace Blizzard with Ice Beam. Replace Dive with an attack of a different type from any of what it knows now.

Exploud: Replace Rock Smash with Earthquake. Consider modifying the other moves.

Pelipper: Perfect.

Manectric: Replace Thunder with a Water or Ice attack; otherwise just a powerful attack. Flash is inaccurate and unnecessary, Replace it.

Kyogre: Replace Waterfall with Rain Dance. This will not only power up your Water attack, but ensure that Thunder always hits during rainfall. Recommended to replace Hydro Pump with Surf. Don't worry; Surf is still powerful as being second in line with Water attacks (Surf's base damage of 95 with Hydro Pump's base damage of 120), but despite the fact that it's not as powerful as Hydro Pump, it has 100% accuracy to Hydro Pump's 80%.

Poke'rus doesn't increase your stats, if anyone reading this has poke'mon Crystal then i'm sure you'll agree with me that it is a infection which gives your poke'mon little bugs all over them. I don't know how to get it in Sapphire/Ruby but in Crystal you withdraw that lvl 100 poke'mon from the computer. Don't believe what they say, it makes your poke'mon ill and unable for battle.
