Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Ok everytime I try to catch latias and latios it always runs away so can someone tell me how do I catch them at an easier way thanks.


Also were do you find Feebas and Milotic and also how do you get Glalie.

Here's what to do. (I did this on Emerald.) Catch a zubat and make it strong. Let it know mean look. It prevents a Pokemon from running. Also raise it's speed, just in case. Use mean look 1st, and then make sure he doesnt faint or get switched out. He/she would not be able to escape.

Oh yeah,
Feebas can be found in anyone of the 6 FISHING places on route 119. (He is always moving, so check every one.) Feed him blue pokeblocks, and if you get the beauty all the way up, raise him 1 lv. He will evolve into Milotic.

Catch a snorunt in shoal cave, and I don't know how, but it evolves into glalie.

Catch a 2 or three Wobbufets and use Mirror Coat on them. Be sure to bring a lot of UltraBalls with you.
