Yes they are real,but they are hard to run into them,you can run into them any wheres you can find a pokemon.
Yes they are real. You find them anywhere.in case you are wondering, shiny Pokemon are Pokemon that are colored differently. Example: a green poochyena. I once found a blue voltorb before, but you find them at random.
