Can anybody tell me how to catch Rayquaza?

Question for Pokemon Sapphire
Can anybody tell me how to catch Rayquaza? I've been trying for nearly 2 weeks, and I still can't catch it...It always manages to slip out of the balls I throw at it.
My Party Pokemon I use:
Blaziken lvl 62
Kyogre lvl 60
Mightyena lvl 59
Zigzagoon lvl 3 (for HMs)
Xatu lvl 29 (for HMs)
Wailord lvl 40 (for Hms)

1.Your team needs work dude,try to paralize it,then get it down to at least 1 HP.

Use a masterball on it or weaken it a lot if you need to get another master ball you have to win the lottery

Firstly, have a swellow dat knows endeavor. Have it at level 70 or higher and equip it with the quick claw(found in the Pokemon school, rustboro) so that is speed is higher than rayquaza's. Then, you have to bring it's hp down to 1. You can do this by poisoning it, walking around with it and when it has only 1 hp left, use antidote. You also must have a Pokemon with very good defences (also from a level as high as possible) so you can take a few attacks from rayquaza.
Put the good defence first in your party.
SAVE BEFORE YOU BATTLE HIM!!!
Encounter, and just block his attack and weaken him a bit, untill he uses REST. Now, you have to be quick, because you have only two turns. First turn: put out swellow. Second turn, use endeavor. Rayquaza will now have only 1 hp AND STILL SLEEPING!! And now, just trow an ultra ball (because of it's 1 hp, and his status problem he will be the PERFECT victim).I catched him from the first shot, but if you fail, you just reset your game and try it over.
And voila, you catched rayquaza without having to use a masterball!!
