Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hi I heard that to catch feebas you need to change the saying in dewford to "natural flowers" I tried that but he just says "hmm natural flowers but personaly I prefere blahblahblah" I have tried millions of sayings but he says the same thing is there another way to get feebas and change the saying if so can someone help thanx

Enter it in beauty contest if you want it to evolve it,if you want tocatchone just fish for it with a super rod.

Out of the hundreds of tiles on Route 119, only 6 of them contain Feebas. Changing the Trendy Phrase in Dewford doesn't let you catch it. It only shuffles those 6 tiles to different locations. To catch Feebas, you have to fish using any rod (I prefer the Super Rod) in the lake on Route 119.
