Rayquaza:Thunder Bolt,Ice Beam,Flamethrower,fly/outrage
Flygon:Crunch,Steel Wing,Flamethrower,dragonbreath(same as last time)
Kingdra:Agility,Surf,Twister,Ice Beam/Hydro Pump
Altaria:Ice Beam,Dragon Breath,Fly(?),Sky Attack(It already knew sky attack when I caught it!)
Salamance:Fly,Flamethrower(instead of Fire Blast),Dragonbreath(instead of Dragon Claw which I've already used),Arial Ace(I don't know how to get Double-edge)

1.Teach Rayquaza Outrage
2. At lv.65 teach Flygon Hyper Beam (switch it with crunch).
3.HYDRO PUMP! Forget agility and teach it ice beam.
4.Pretty good.
5.At lv.93 you get double edge instead of fly.
6.HYPER BEAM and SOLAR BEAM!
I answered your question this time.
Well, I think salamence can learn double Edge at around level 90. Now, I know lv. 90 is really high but, if you have an AR, You can use the cheat Rare Candy In PC to get 99 rare candies! Where did you catch Altaria? I thought that Sky attack only exicts in Red,Blue and Yellow?
Rayquaza: either teach it dragon claw through the move tutor instead of fly or outrage, or teach it fly, surf, and dragon claw while keeping flamethrower
Flygon: perfect as is
Kingdra: delete agility and get rid of hydro pump for ice beam, then just level it up untill it learns some strong moves
Altaria: keep ice beam, dragonbreath , fly, and delete sky attack for earthquake
Salamence: keep either fly or arial ace and delete the other for crunch (and don't let it learn double-edge, since it is at best a critical hit on a creature that doesn't halve its power and inflicts 1/5 of all the damage it does to the user if they don't have rock head)
Latias: If you want your latias to have the greatest capacity out of battle while maintaining the capacity to beat any pokemon with ease, teach it fly, surf, dragonbreath (revive through heart scale) and recover. If you want it to have the highest in-battle capacity while being able to beat any creature, teach it shadow ball, thunderbolt, dragonbreath, and recover
