Birth Island is the island that has Deoxys. As far as I know there aren't anymore exp. Shares. And Relicanth in under water in the grass right infront of the cave that you enter and dive up to enter Sootopolis.
Hope I helped!

Birth Island is where you can catch Deoxys. Go to a Nintendo event and have them download the ticket into your game, or use a cheating device.
Not sure.
Underwater routes 124 and 126.

Birth island is an island where you could catch the DNA Pokemon DEOXYS by solving a puzzle. DEOXYS is now known as one of the legendary Pokemon, he is a psychic Pokemon and said that came from outer in the Pokemon movie ''Destiny deoxys'' , he's strenght is almost the same as the genetic Pokemon MEWTWO.

Theres only one exp.share in this game and you could leave two Pokemon in the daycare center in mauville city.

Relicant is seen in route 126 near sootopolis city. Relicanth is a water + rock Pokemon and he's often seen in the wild by level 32 or 33. He's weakness is electric and grass type pokemon/moves.

Birth island is a secret island in which you need one of those secret tickets for. Deoxys is there.

No, there is only one Exp. Share unless you trade it from another game.

Relicanth is underwater around Sootopolis.
