Go to Mt. Prye to defeat Team Aqua.

I was stuck here once myself, You need to go to MT. Pyre. Surf off of the dock just left of the town and down. Once inside go left and out the door. Climb the mountain and beat archie and his crew to get the blue orb.

Go into their hideout and talk to the grunts blocking the way. Then, return to Slateport City and eavesdrop on the interview outside the ferry terminal; when you attempt to talk to Stern, he'll conclude the interview and Archie will deliver a PA demanding that Stern turn control of the submarine over to Team Aqua. Once that happens, return to the hideout and locate Aqua Admin Shelby; defeat her to cause the submarine to leave and the Wailmer to be removed from Route 124.

Try listening to what the team aqua guys have to say. They should tell you where to go.

Go to Mt. Pyre.. Left of Lilycove City, south of the safari zone.

Go west at the shore and and go up and you will find a cave,go inside and defeat team Aqua.

Go to Mt. Pyre on Route 122 and go to the top. The team Aqua boss will be there and you can fight him. When you beat him all of the Aquas will leave and you can get to their base and get the Master Ball! Yeah!

Hey guy, what you have to do is to go into Aquas cave and talk to the two guys standing there and then you go to Mount Pyre which is south of the safari zone.

You surf around the mountain and you will see the entrance, and then you go in the building and you take the very first left and you go up the mountain and there you go, I hope I helped.

You need to go to Slateport and then the boat place.

did you here the 2 team aqua members in there hide out they said there boss was out to snatch something important go to the water strait down from safari zone entrance and go where a building connects to MT.PYRE and then go up stairs to team aqua's grunts battle you and win each battle untill you get to the boss he took a red orb from 2 old people who look likethe daycare couple and they giv you the blue orb to get them back together but to stop what you half to do what I said to stop what you half to do 1st you have to go to the boat place in lilycove city then you talk to these people then this guy takes you inside you will se something dark in the water whitch is team aqua's submarineit take's off to there cave you will have to go on these teleporter thingies OH if you go to a placewhere you have to teleport back to where you teleported from and go up the stairs or down to a place where you have to teleprt in the back of the room and you will be in the room where the submarine is and you will have to battle this strong team aqua member then if you win against him the submarine will leave and it went to a under water base I know the place to go to it's base go to shoal cave and you will see a old man dont talk to him what he says is a waist of time theres another cave were there is a hole with a latter going down thats the way where team aqua's hideout after your done with that you can explore the sea OH shoal cave is next to mossdeep city (hint). you can go to EVER GRANDE CITY and maybe cath hariyama well good luck
