You can catch Wailmer with a super rod east of lilycove city, Wailord you can get
By evolving Wailmer at Lv.40, (this only works with an SP)all you have to do is catch Wailmer, put him in the
Daycare, get a pen/pencil some tape a stapler(or something heavy like a CD player), go to a mud slope and stand in front of it, tape the pen/pencil to the up button, put your heavy object on the pencil, your character should start walking and sliding off, plug the charger in, leave it on over night,(my Lv.20 Lilleep went up 42 levels!), in the morning level up Wailmer by one more Lv., he will evolve into Wailord!
P.S. This is useful so I do this every night
P.S.S.the GBA is fully charged when you wake up
