Yeah, for action replay? Just go on to there site, www.codejunkies.com and look it up otherwise, you can't get it in sapphire with out action replay or another type of cheat device, if the one on there doesnt work which wouldnt make sense but if it doesnt let me know and i'll check mine and let you know what it is

Ye just find a yellow oddish evolve it and booom celibi.(just do it agian for 2)
