Third level of the Mount Pyre catacombs; you must get to it by going to the top floor and falling through the holes.
I could help you, considering the fact that I beat the game 11 times, but could you put it in a language that we all can understand,thank you!
Go to mt. Pyre and go to the top(on the inside)and drop down the holes then you should find the sea incence and lax incence
Keep climbing Mt Pyre on inside and keep entering the holes when you reah the top and you cant go up anmore O.O
Get it at the really top most of Mt Pyre. I got it in 5mins using repels.
