I just bought an AR and it works great! but I have four bad eggs and they have a pokemon virus or something and they are holding a item and when will they hatch and what will they turn into? Please HELP!

Restart your game or trade with a friend that you hate to give them pokerus.
I have a bad egg also and when I tried to put a nickname for the egg it looked like a brownish bronze Bulbasaur. The Poke Virus is perfectly harmless it will not reduce you Pokemon's Hp and it will not give your pokemon paralysis, poison etc.
The bad eggs that have PKRS don't hatch so just put them in the PC and use the Pokemon PC codes while one bad egg is in the first box of the first Slot and the bad egg will dissapear. Do that with the other bad eggs. The item the bad eggs are holding is a glitched pokeball which you can never take off them.
I don't know about that but it just so PokeRUS is a good thing - it increases(spelling?) your pokemon's stat growth.
