I'd give you a 6 out of 10.

Whoops, this might be a little late, but I've dropped you to tell you your team is cool, no legendaries is such a good change Smile. Needs a lot of work on movesets though.

Ninetales: Use Flamethrower or Fire Blast instead of Fire spin. I would also replace imprison with either Sunny Day if you're using Flamethrower or Return or Dig. Ninetales' base attack and spec. attack don't differ much so its okay to put in some physical attacks

Bellossom: Hmmm, well to make use of Solarbeam and its ability, Chlorophyll, you must stick in Sunny Day. Replace Petal dance with sunny day. Stun spore is alright, but you can use toxic because of more accuracy, and also you can use some heart scales to relearn Moonlight. Moonlight will recover 2/3 of max HP is used with Sunny day. And the last move should be something that can take down pokemon strong against grass. Personally, I think you should retrain a Gloom, and train it until it learns Moonlight, and then teach it Sunny Day and Sludge Bomb, and THEN evolve it to Bellossom and level up more to get Solar Beam. But I guess you might be unable to beacsue you used Sun stone already...

Sandslash: Not good. If you have fire red or leaf green, you can use this moveset through move tutors:
Swords Dance
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Aerial Ace
That's an awesome set, but if you're stuck with Sapphire, then teach it Earthquake, Aerial Ace, Sandstorm (you can negate it with sunny day) and Rock Tomb.

Starmie: oh...you can use Starmie much much better than that. Use this moveset:
Surf
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Psychic
If you like having HP, you could probably replace one of those moves with Recover.

Dodrio: not bad, but teach it agility instead of Pursuit. And maybe substitute instead of Rage beacuse status effects really screw Dodrio up.

Manectric: For some reason I never really liked charge. Opponent can jsut switch to a ground type if you charge, forcing you to switch too, therefore wasting your charge. Replace Charge with Rain dance if you're using thunder, and replace Spark with thunder wave or attract

Even though I've never really liked most legendaries, I also recommend using at least one, gives you some stat advantage. The legendary dogs haven't been used much, if you have Pokemon Colosseum or Fire red/leaf green, you might considefr getting one for yourself...

Pokemon: 9/10
Movesets: 5.5/10
Originality: 10/10 (good job)
