Read the inscription, press A to close the Braille window, and just sit tight for two minutes.

Look at the braile, then cancel, than wait, like the first person in here said, if it's the island one, if it's the one in the desert, go right two, and down two, and use strength, the last one where it sometimes rain, just go in the middle of the room, and use fly
