Question for Pokemon Sapphire

How do I catch Latias I have him on about 1hp but he still won't go in the stupid ultra ball and every time I throw out a Poke'mon to put him to sleep he runs. My friend told me to find the TM Hypnosis but I can't find it please help.

P.S. My friend said that you guys are the best.

If you use Sableye you can use MEAN LOOK to prevent him from escape. Or trapinch has a special effect called ARENA TRAP. Also Wobbefet and wynaut have special effect that prevents escape I THINK.

I most recomend using sableye. catch him from sky pillar because he is level 54 and already has mean look.

You throw a master ball at it thats how i caught it.

Or you can get a wobafet train it to level39 use repel when wobafets in front of party find latias and you can only use wobafet in the battle or latias will run and make sure you have potions full restores (etc) and ultra balls poke balls (etc)

Just use a master ball they work on every Pokemon.

You can get a master ball by using a game shark.

Well I caught him/her by doing what all those other guys did but i used a zangoose w/ false swipe, let it run then see it again and did what all those other people did. Just keep trying and trying . Try throwing a timer ball every (I think) 10 turns as it gets better.
