Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hey I wanna get all the regi's so when I get rellikath and wailord where do you go to make that earthquake go to open the caves?

You need to dive somewhere and it's to the left of pacifidlog.

Go west of pacilog town, you will have to get past some currents and some rocks but it is a dive spot in the middle of alot of crruents and rocks.

Go into the rapids left of Paciflidog, and you'll come to a small diving patch. Dive here, and solve the puzzle in the Secret cavern.

First go to pacifilog town then surf west go on the currents and when you reach to this part where to dive go in front of the brail dive up back to the suface. Then your in the sealed chamberthen go up to the last brail on the wall and use cut. Then you must have rellikath first in your party and your wailord last in your party. Then press a next to the brail and the earthquake. Now the doors are open.

Almost true, but you have to use Dig not Cut.
