Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I was wanting to know how to catch Feebas. I know there are six different places to fish, I just need to know what rod to use? Also, can a Pokemon evolve if it was caught at a higher level than the one it is supposed to evolve at?

I don't know how to catch a Feebas, because i'm looking for one myself. As to the evolution question, I don't think you can because, I caught a zigzagoon higher than it's evolution level and it never evolved at all.

Feebas is really hard to find. I suggest you start at the bottom river in Route 119. Yes Pokemon can evolve at when caught at a higher level then their evolution level.
Just raise it up one through battles, or give it a Rare Candy and you will have the evolved form.

First of all you need a good or super rod to catch feebas. Second, of course you can. Why would you ask if you can just find out in 3 minutes?...

Yes you can have it evolve lkater if you catch it at a higer level. You can make it evolve later to buy pressing b and it will still evolve when it levels up.

I think you can use any rod. And you can catch him at any level. But you need to max out it's beauty to evolve it.

2.No it will not evolve if it is all ready evolved then it wont evolve if it is all ready evolved.

Use a super rod to catch feebas and yes some Pokemon learn moves after they are supposed to and everytime they grow a level they will try to evelve it's totally up to you
