Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hey guys,
I'm stuck while catching Kyogre even if it has only 1hp left it breakes out of an ultra ball. Please can anyone help me? And what is Eon ticket?

Did you save your game before battling kyogre? If you're left with just one ultra ball left, turn off your gameboy and turn it on again. Keep making kyogre weak and throw ultra balls at him. It should work.

Stun, freeze, or put it to sleep, it should help.

P.S. I caught Kyogre with a net ball.

Tell you something alac89 the easier way to catch Kyogre while he is only 1hp is the dive ball, you need to try throwing dive balls 2 to 3 times and pressing A and B rapidly
