Can anybody tell me ho to go Mirage Island without cheating???

P.s. Don't tell me to go to the hint section or something like that.

I think you have to match your pokemon's I.D with your I.D and appears near pacifilodge town.

Mirage island is a rare and random event and you will most likely never see it.
There is a man in a house in pacifalog he says "hmm I don't see mirage island to day.." talk to him often if it's there he will say it. I have been trying for months and still no luck.Like I said it's rare.

You have to wait untill it appears. (you go to that old man in pacifidlog town) I haven't even gone there yet.

It is completely random. Go to Paciflidog town, surf to the right. There is a very small chance, but it maybe there.
