Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Does anyone have a action replay sode for Mew on version 1.05c? And also if you have any cheat please also tell me the codes for Lugia, ho oh, mewtwo, celebi, amd the three birds

Look in the AR section of this game for codes.

Try checking the Action replay section, if there are any codes for them they will be there.

There is no action replay code for Mew, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Mewtwo, celibi or the 3 birds, they can only be captured by going to the southern Islands, and to do that you need an Eon ticket.
