Ok I have beat the elite 40. Is there anymore I have to do like a mission or something?

Not really. There are no like "missions." or just probally tasks that you missed out of your obsessove need to skip everything good in the game.

There are no "missions," in particular. To fully complete the game you need to win every Pokemon Contest and complete your Pokedex. Train your Pokemon all up to level 100. Catch Latias. Can't be bothered? Use a cheat cartridge or start a new game.

P.S: It's called the Elite 4, not 40.

No there arnt. Just train and complete all the Pokemon contests. Also complete your pokedex.
