What is the eon ticket and is it possible to catch a groudon on sapphire without trading?

An eon ticket is a ticket obtainable through cheat devices to go to other islands to catch rare Pokemon. The only way to get Groudon is trade or cheating.
The Eon Ticket is some pass imported with an E-Reader that allows you to access Southern Island, and Groudon is not available straightaway in Sapphire.
I still haven't heard back so I don't know what the eon ticket is and no, you have to trade to get groudon. If you had emralled you can catch everything and more.
Ok dude I'm not a cheat (yet) so I dunno nothing about the ticket but no it is not possible to catch groudon on sapphire as far as I know without cheating.
