No, but the design of your diploma is modified to have both a Pikachu and Wynaut....
No, but if you go to Lilycove and talk to one of the guest that is staying in the hotel there he will give you a paper.
If you complete it all, you get a diploma, that is about it.
I have not completed mine but there was this guy at lilycove city. He is in the small house to the southeastern (or right bottom) corner. Hes upstairs at the bottom table if you go directly straight.
Theres a way to makeout with your neighbor IF YOUR A BOY. First complete your pokedex, you did that, then beat all the trick masters lvls, then talk to her and go to her bed ,click yes, and restart.
