Talk to the man in the house on the cliff on the west side of the Mossdeep Space Centre.

You get the Super Rod form a man in his house in Mossdeep City.

Go to the city were the 7th gym is located, and beside the rocket center theres a house and a man inside should give you a Super Rod.

Go to the house on the hill in mosedeep city talk to the fisherman and he gives it to you
