Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I have a quick question...
Where do I find Dad after I beat the Ellite Four and After I talk to him in my house? I feel really stupid asking this!

Another quick question...
I have beat the Ellite Four and I have the S.S. Ticket and I also of the Eon ticket(i used my Action Replay). When I went to the Ferry woman person, she didnt say anything about the southern island. How do I use my Eon Ticket?

Since you got the Ticket from a cheat peripheral, you can't use it. Norman is at the Petalburg Gym as always.

Your dad have no clue. You obtained it through a action replay nintendo have programmed the game to regocnise them and reject them

You need a enable code for that... This code will enable you to go to southern island (0332305F 41A5F851), after that go to lilycove ship yard. The lady will say oh that ticket, and a sailor will come out and he will explain to you the mysterious journey to southern island.. Hope I help!!!
